Ember Hotels ("we", "the site") respects the privacy of its visitors and guests. This document explains what data we collect through the ember-hotels.com website, why we collect it and how we use it.

When you fill in a booking or transfer form on this site, we collect the data you give us directly: name, email address, stay dates, number of passengers and, optionally, your flight number. We do not collect bank card or other financial data through this site — bookings are requests, confirmed manually afterwards by our team by email.

We use the data exclusively to respond to your booking or transfer request: to check availability, contact you by email and arrange the stay or transfer you asked for. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep data
