The booking and transfer forms on this site are requests, not instant confirmations. Each request is checked manually by the Ember team, who confirm availability, final dates and payment method by email, usually within 24 hours of submission.
Prices
Prices shown on the site are indicative ("from") and may vary depending on season, availability and number of guests. The final price is confirmed by our team before the booking is finalized.
Cancellations and changes
The cancellation and modification conditions for a booking will be communicated explicitly in the confirmation email, for each booking individually.
Site content
The texts, images and design of this site belong to Ember Hotels and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Ember Hotels makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on the site up to date and correct, but does not guarantee the absence of errors. Excursions and transfers are organized in cooperation with third-party local providers; their availability may vary.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania, where the hotel is located.
